Eligibility for Returns

1.1. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

1.2. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to process returns.

1.3. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.

Return Process

2.2. Provide the order number, article number, and the reason for the return.

2.3. Our customer support team will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions for the return.

2.4. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Return Shipping

3.1. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return.

Inspection and Refunds

4.1. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in section 1.

4.2. If the product is approved for a refund, a deduction of 25% from the original purchase price will be applied.

4.3. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4.4. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exceptions

5.1. If a product is returned without meeting the eligibility criteria or is damaged due to improper packaging, we reserve the right to reject the return or apply a higher deduction.

5.2. In case of a defective or damaged product, please provide photographic evidence to our customer support team for assessment before initiating the return.

Exchange Policy

6.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned products. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined in section 2 and place a new order for the desired item.
