Coolant filtration

Every engine has a cooling system. This ensures that the engine does not overheat and has an optimal operating temperature. This maintains optimum performance and prevents permanent damage to your engine. A cooling system often holds 5 to 10 litres of coolant and sometimes even more. Despite these being quite large quantities, there are many small pipes with narrow passages throughout the system. These must be kept clean to maintain optimum cooling. This is why it is important to change the filter regularly.
